You MUST make a booking to take your car on the vehicle ferry and we do recommend that you do this when you book your camping so that you don 't miss out. Vehicle ferries fill up early in holidays and peak periods.
There are two water taxis (passenger ferries) operating to North Stradbroke Island. Travel time 25 minutes.
- Stradbroke Ferries - This water taxi operates from the terminal at 3 Emmett Drive, Cleveland, and travels to the Harold Walker Jetty Junner Street in Dunwich. Stradbroke Ferries offers free transfers on Transit Systems buses to their ferry terminal to those who show the driver their train ticket.
- Stradbroke Flyer - This water taxi operates from the end of Middle Street, Cleveland, from the yellow and blue building, and travels to One Mile Jetty, next to the Little Ships Club in Dunwich. Stradbroke Flyer offers free bus transfers to and from Cleveland train station and Clevelands' central shopping district to those who are travelling on their service.
